Customer Service Representative (1st Shift, Monday-Friday 11am-7pm)
Summary of Job Duties and Requirements: Responsible for answering and disseminating incoming telephone calls for the organization as well as processing incoming orders for Solaris products. Requirements include prior experience in a customer service setting, attention to detail, and good computer skills.
Fabrication Sewing Specialist (2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm)
Summary of Job Duties and Requirements: Fabricating custom medical garments including sewing and performing alterations. Requirements include strong math skills and spacial reasoning, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Prior sewing experience is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
Solaris Internship Program
Summary of Job Duties and Requirements: A three semester internship where the selected candidate will spend one semester dedicated to learning customer service, production/design and sales/marketing. Requirements include a current college student or recent graduate who can dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to the internship. There is a potential for the selected intern to join the team in a full time capacity upon completing the internship.
